Application:
The CLAYPUTZ HS 00 loam-based primary coat is suitable as a contact bridge between the layers of mud plasters, it increases adhesion between individual plaster layers.

CLAYGAR HH 04

Industrially manufactured dry plaster mixture.

Ingredients:
Natural sands, loam without any additives.
Application:
The indoor float coat CLAYGAR HH 04 is suitable for the plastering of moisture absorbing masonry of all the types, with a machine processing capacity, suitable for major thicknesses.

CLAYGAR HJ 02

Industrially manufactured dry plaster mixture.

Ingredients:
Natural sands, loam without any additives.
Application:
The indoor fine coat CLAYPUTZ HJ 02 with positive biological as well as ecological characteristics, suitable for the plastering of moisture absorbing masonry of all the types, with a machine processing capacity, suitable for thicknesses up to 5 mm.
Improves internal climate parameters in residential rooms.

Loam plasters

The CLAYGAR loam plasters are an interesting challenge for contemporary residential constructions as well as for future building projects, as they combine comfortable living with a sound climate without forming additional burdens for our environment.

The CLAYGAR loam plaster is made of sand and clay, where sand is used as a filling material and clay operates as a bonding agent.

These basic ingredients of loam plasters will tell you all about both strengths and drawbacks connected with the use of this plaster. Our loam plasters CLAYGAR do not include any hydraulic bonding agent, any harmful additives. Their use is very simple, possibilities of surface shaping are virtually unlimited. The CLAYGAR loam plasters are fully recyclable. By simply stirring a hardened plaster material it is possible to obtain a plaster mixture that can be used again. The CLAYGAR loam plasters are usable onto any prime coat and they do not damage the condition of the prime coat in any manner.

The most important characteristic of the CLAYGAR loam plasters in terms of internal climate and living quality is their capacity of regulating relative air humidity in the area. Thanks to their diffusion openness and accumulation capacities, the CLAYGAR loam plasters take water vapours from air in the case of a higher humidification in the room, and on the other hand they are able to moister the air which is too dry. The CLAYGAR loam plasters are able to significantly absorb harmful substances, such as kitchen steams, cigarette smoke and other substances causing troubles to people with allergies. The CLAYGAR loam plasters preserve wood materials during their use in wooden constructions or during their renovations because they are able to maintain their permanent natural humidity, and last but not least they have an excellent capacity to accumulate heat.

We have managed to ensure sufficient quantities of raw materials with the same quality in such a way that it is not necessary to use any chemical additives. The ratio between the filling and bonding materials is carefully equalised, depending on the clay properties, in order to eliminate the occurrence of cracks, or conversely not to worsen the basic strength characteristics of the plaster.
